    Multan to host intensive training sessions as Pakistan prepares for the first Test against England

    The Pakistan men’s cricket team will gather in Multan on 1 October 2024 to begin their preparations for the highly anticipated “Pakistan v England” Test series. With the first match scheduled to start on 7 October, both teams will undergo rigorous training sessions, providing media access throughout the period.

    Arrival of England Team and First Training Session

    The England team is expected to arrive early on 2 October, with Pakistan’s training kicking off at the Multan Cricket Stadium later that day at noon. Following their practice sessions, players and staff will be available for media interviews, offering insights into their preparation and strategy for the “Pakistan v England” clash.

    Pakistan Training on 3 October and Media Interaction

    On 3 October, Pakistan will train at 10:00 AM, with media interviews expected afterward. The combined training for both teams will start on 4 October, also at 10:00 AM, with a media conference held by an England player or a member of the support staff.

    Joint Training Sessions Before the Series Begins

    Training sessions will continue for both teams on 5 and 6 October. The captains of both sides, Ben Stokes and Shan Masood, will participate in a pre-series trophy photo-shoot and press conference on 6 October, setting the tone for the series.

    First Test Match Details of Pakistan v England

    The first Test match between Pakistan and England will commence on 7 October, with the toss scheduled for 9:30 AM and the first ball at 10:00 AM. Star performers from either side will address the media after each day’s play, providing updates and analysis.

    This series Pakistan v England promises to be an exciting contest, with three matches slated for 7-11 October in Multan, 15-19 October in Multan, and 24-28 October in Rawalpindi.
